You should go to Ulta or Sally's Beauty Supply(<–they have Chi knockoffs there for about $89.99 and it works just as good.) You should return it and get your money back and go buy a better one at Sally's Beauty Supply or Ulta. :) Good luck! 1 year ago 0 Rating: Good Answer 0 Rating: Bad Answer Report Abuse Asker’s Rating: Asker’s Comment: Thanx i returned it yesterday and went to Sally's but they didnt sell it where i live so yeah i went to this ppace in the mall called Trade Secret and got one and it works so much better than the other one i got from JCP.Thanx for the help! 0 stars - mark this as Interesting! Sedu is the best straightener out there. It leaves hair soft and undamaged.
